Pagan Fate Terms of Service
1. Service Operator & Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iggdrasil DOO ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the Pagan Fate mobile application on iOS. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Pagan Fate. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If we determine that an account belongs to an individual under 18, that account will be terminated immediately.
3. Account Responsibility & Authenticity
- Authentic Identity: You agree to provide accurate information and genuine photos representing yourself. Creating fake profiles or impersonating other people or staff members is prohibited.
- Single Account: Members may maintain only one active account. Creating secondary accounts to evade bans, blocks, or restrictions is strictly prohibited.
- Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful community for all traditions, you agree not to engage in:
- Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, stalking, intimidation, defamation, doxxing, hate speech, or non-consensual communications.
- Respect for Traditions: Pagan Fate welcomes diverse polytheist, Heathen, and earth-centered paths. Missionary or proselytizing behavior, religious trolling, and disparagement of others' spiritual paths are prohibited.
- Explicit Content: Uploading sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or non-consensual imagery or messages.
- Fraud & Commercial Activity: Commercial solicitation, advertising, spam, romance scams, financial extortion, prostitution, or soliciting money from other members.
- Platform Abuse: Using bots, scrapers, automated tools, or attempting to reverse engineer the application or bypass security controls.
5. User Content & License
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any text, photographs, and profile information you submit to Pagan Fate.
- Service License: By posting content on Pagan Fate, you grant Iggdrasil DOO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating, delivering, and protecting the service in accordance with your settings.
- Content Standards: You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate these Terms.
6. Moderation, Reporting & Safety Controls
- Member Tools: Pagan Fate provides built-in safety mechanisms, including silent two-way blocking and profile and message reporting across 11 violation categories.
- Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to review reported content, issue formal warnings, suspend accounts temporarily, or terminate accounts permanently for violations of these Terms or community guidelines.
- Personal Safety Responsibility: While we employ identity verification and reporting mechanisms, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both within the application and if you choose to meet offline. Practice standard safety precautions. Pagan Fate does not verify religious beliefs and does not guarantee that any member is safe, compatible, or truthful.
7. Optional Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- Apple StoreKit: Any optional Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Management & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Apple ID settings.
- Refunds: Payments, renewals, and refund requests are governed directly by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Iggdrasil DOO does not process payment cards or issue Apple In-App Purchase refunds directly.
8. Account Termination & Deletion
- Member Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account. Account deletion takes effect immediately, scrubbing active profile data.
- Termination by Operator: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, with or without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All application code, UI designs, system architectures, Pagan Fate branding, logos, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Iggdrasil DOO or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Pagan Fate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iggdrasil DOO and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application, member conduct, or technical interruptions.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Montenegro.
