OffshoreTrainer Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, access, and use of the OffshoreTrainer mobile application developed and operated by IGGDRASIL DOO ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Educational & Informational Purpose Only
OffshoreTrainer is provided strictly for educational, study, and reference purposes. It is not a replacement for official maritime certifications, licensed pilotage, certified load charts, vessel safety management systems (SMS), or the direct operational judgment of licensed masters, chief engineers, and certified lifting supervisors.
2. No Operational Reliance & Warranty Disclaimer
While we endeavor to provide accurate formulas, exam materials, and weather feeds, OffshoreTrainer is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances should calculations within the app supersede official vessel equipment manufacturer limits or safety standards.
3. App Store & In-App Subscriptions
Subscriptions, auto-renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphic user interfaces, exam question structures, formulas, logos, and trademarks associated with OffshoreTrainer are the exclusive property of IGGDRASIL DOO or its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGGDRASIL DOO and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
