BifrostTV Terms of Use

Software Player Notice BifrostTV is strictly a software playback utility. It does not provide, host, sell, or index any digital media content, television streams, movies, or IPTV subscriptions.

1. Software Nature & Permitted Use

BifrostTV is developed and provided by IGGDRASIL DOO ("we", "us", or "our") as a media player tool for Apple TV and compatible Apple devices. You may use BifrostTV solely for personal, non-commercial media playback.

2. User Content & Compliance Responsibility

BifrostTV is empty upon installation. You are solely responsible for:

Any playlist URLs, stream endpoints, or EPG feeds you configure within the application.
Any provider accounts, subscriptions, or authentication credentials you utilize.
Ensuring you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions to access and view the media streams you input.
Complying with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Express Disclaimers Regarding Third-Party Content

IGGDRASIL DOO expressly disclaims all responsibility for third-party media content. BifrostTV does NOT:

Provide, sell, resell, or distribute IPTV subscriptions or access tokens.
Provide, host, or transmit TV channels, broadcasts, video on demand, or movies.
Guarantee the uptime, video quality, stream availability, or legality of any third-party stream.
Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or synchronization of third-party XMLTV electronic program guides (EPG).

4. Software Availability & Updates

BifrostTV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain high software quality and stability, we do not warrant that playback will be uninterrupted, glitch-free, or compatible with every non-standard stream codec or format.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGGDRASIL DOO and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the application, stream failures, network outages, or unauthorized third-party content.

6. Intellectual Property

All software code, application architecture, graphical UI elements, BifrostTV trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of IGGDRASIL DOO.
